Previously, only speakers were required to disclose. New rules now require a disclosure from
anyone who is in a position to control the content of an education activity.
This includes planners, moderators, editors, reviewers, etc. If you are in a position
to control the educational content, you must disclose.
However, if you are working only with the operational aspects of the event such as meeting space,
sleeping rooms, site location, audio/visual, printing, clerical work, etc., then you are not required
to disclose.
