New ACCME regulations require speakers, moderators and planning faculty to complete a disclosure.

If you don't disclose, you can't participate in the planning or presentation of the educational content.

However, the regulations only apply to those who are involved in the educational content of the meeting. For example, if you are simply planning hotel accommodations, or arranging meeting space, or AV, you do not need to complete a disclosure at all. But if you have any control over the educational content of the meeting, then you must disclose.
